e-Bill is a safe and simple way to view and pay your bill online. You choose the amount to pay, date to pay, and payment method through a checking or savings account.

Pay your bill online using your checking account, debit card or credit card (VISA®, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) using Just Pay It®, a third-party vendor. A fee of $4.95* will be charged to your account to use this service.
You may also use Just Pay It® by phone at 1-866-300-3069. The convenience charge still applies.
*The $4.95 fee (per $500 transaction) is charged by Just Pay It® to process your transaction. Tampa Electric does not receive any part of this fee and it is non-refundable.
Automatic Bank Draft is a fast and easy way to pay from your checking or savings account. When you sign up, you authorize your bank to deduct your monthly electric bill payment and select when you wish to have your account drafted. To pay your bill, you may select any date from 11 to 20 business days after the statement date, which will vary slightly each month. You will still receive your bill statement as usual showing the amount and date that the bank will make the deduction.
If you’re already an Automatic Bank Draft user, adding an additional account, removing an account or changing banking information is easy.
Tampa Electric now offers Electronic Data Interchange as a bill payment option to business customers. The computer-to-computer exchange is a fast, accurate and cost-efficient system for managing electric bill payments.
