Bruce Narzissenfeld became Vice President of Marketing, Customer Service, Business Development and Fuels Operations in 2011. He was named Vice President of Customer Care and Fuels Management in August 2009, responsible for the business functions that directly connect with the customers and communities served by Tampa Electric and Peoples Gas. Narzissenfeld also oversees TECO Partners, an unregulated company focused on energy-related sales and marketing, and the community relations functions for both utilities.
In addition, Narzissenfeld serves as President of TECO Clean Advantage, which provides consulting, engineering and training to clients considering natural gas for commercial fleet operations. He is President of TECO Energy Services and Vice President of SeaCoast Gas Transmission LLC.
Narzissenfeld joined Tampa Electric in 1985 to work with Regulatory Controls and Budgets before moving on to become the assistant controller for TECO Transport. In 1998, he became the assistant controller for Peoples Gas. He was named Vice President of Operations for Peoples Gas in 2006.
Before coming to TECO Energy, he worked as a public accountant with Arthur Andersen.
Narzissenfeld earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tampa. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs. He also is an active participant in the American Gas Association, Southern Gas Association, Associated Gas Distributors of Florida and the Florida Natural Gas Association. Additionally, Narzissenfeld serves on the board of Tampa Bay & Company and Meals on Wheels of Tampa.
He is a 2008 alumnus of Leadership Tampa, and he served on the board of directors for Family Services of Tampa.
Narzissenfeld is married with two children.
