Q. What happens to my cash deposit when I turn off service?
A. The deposit on your account will be applied toward the final bill. The final bill will be comprised of any balance presently owed on the account plus electric usage up to the date service is taken out of your name. Any credit will be forwarded to you in the form of a refund check. Any balance owed will be forwarded to you in the form of a final bill.
