Q. I'm moving, and have electric service at my current residence. If I'm a Tampa Electric customer, will there be a service charge for transferring electric service to my new address?
A. There is a $25 service charge to transfer service from your current location to a new address. There is a $75 service charge if you are moving to a newly built home that previously had no electric service.
