Q. How do I sign up for e-Bill?
A. Go to Residential and click on the e-Bill link located at the top of the page or learn more by clicking on the "e-Bill Demo" button. You will need Internet access, a valid e-mail address and a current paper bill, which shows your account number and meter number. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your enrollment.
