Q. How can I get my account number when I don’t have my statement?
A. You can obtain your account number by selecting Contact Us at the top of this page then choose Send an e-mail. On the form, select the topic Miscellaneous Customer Service Request, complete the form and type your request for your account number in the comment section.
You may call our Customer Care Center at (813) 223-0800 (Hillsborough County), (863) 299-0800 (Polk County), or 1-888-223-0800 (all other counties and out-of-state). Listen to the prompts and select these menu options:
Hold for English or press 9 to continue in Spanish;
Press 2 for non-emergencies;
Press 1 for residential Customer Care;
Press 2 for billing options, then follow the remaining prompts for billing and account questions.
You'll need either your 11-digit account number or the telephone number associated with the account.
