Q. Does it matter which Internet browser I use to access e-Bill? How do I get 128-bit encryption?
A. e-Bill will not detect whether your current browser has 40-bit encryption or 128-bit encryption. You can determine this by launching your browser, pointing to the Help menu, and selecting About Internet Explorer or About Netscape. See Cipher Strength for Internet Explorer’s encryption level.
