Q. What if I'm using Internet Explorer?
A. If you are using Internet Explorer, you will need to click Help/About Internet Explorer. Once the box opens showing you which version of browser you are using, click on the text link that reads 'Update Information'. A new browser window will open and you will be directed to the Microsoft® site to download the 128-bit encryption patch. After you have downloaded the patch, simply run the file and your browser will have the highest level of security. Or you can install Internet Explorer 5.5, which includes 128-bit encryption.
