Set Up Bank Payments
Use Your Bank's Online Payment Service
Pay your bill using your bank's online payment service – offered at most financial institutions. When making your payments through this service, please note it may take up to two to three business days for Tampa Electric to receive the payment.
All customers received new account numbers in January 2017. Be sure to update your Tampa Electric account information with your bill payment provider. Invalid or missing account information may prompt your financial institution to produce a check and mail it to Tampa Electric on your behalf, which could delay the posting of your payment.
