Pay your bill using your bank's online payment service. Most financial institutions offer online bill payment. When making your payments through this service, please note it may take up to 2 to 3 business days for Tampa Electric to receive the payment.

Your Tampa Electric account number can change if you move to a new residence or if we experience growth in our service area. Be sure to update your Tampa Electric account information with your bill payment provider. Invalid or missing account information may result in your financial institution producing a check and mailing it to Tampa Electric on your behalf, delaying the posting of your payment.
