Wall Insulation

Proper insulation levels in exterior walls adjacent to living areas will help reduce demand on your air conditioning and heating system. To qualify for a rebate* of $0.31 per square foot, a minimum of R-11 wall insulation must be installed and the existing structure must have electric whole-house air conditioning or heating.

The rebate is based only on newly insulated exterior wall areas adjacent to the living area. After wall insulation is installed, print, complete and submit a Wall Insulation form , including your proof of purchase (paid receipt) to receive your rebate. *Note: A home with in-wall wiring requiring air cooling will not qualify for a rebate. This includes knob-and-tube wiring.
