On February 15 and 24, Tampa Electric hosted two Open House meetings to discuss the SCR project. The first meeting was held in Gibsonton and the second meeting in Apollo Beach. More than 40 area residents and other interested individuals attended the Open House meetings.
At the meetings, guests were invited to write down any questions they have about the project and Tampa Electric would answer them and post the answers on this Web site.

At this time, no additional Open House meetings have been scheduled. In the event we do plan additional Open House meetings, we will post the notification information here. In addition, we will mail a notification letter to area residents and place ads in area newspapers.
