Personnel attend training at six-month intervals. After completing the required Power Pros modules, which generally takes two weeks, employees return to their work sites to immediately perform the tasks they have learned. This gives employees the practice needed to reinforce and retain the skills they have now mastered.
Employees return to the training center at a later date to take a retention test. Refresher modules are available to assist students needing additional instruction before advancing to the next training level.
