Tampa Electric was recently recognized as a Trusted Business Partner by commercial customers in a national study. It was among 24 utilities honored for developing trust from business customers.
Overall, Trusted Business Partners were credited with strong support of the community during the pandemic. The honor is given each year to utilities with exceptional performance in customer focus, business community support, communications effectiveness, reliable quality, environmental dedication and company reputation – the six factors that make up the Brand Trust Index.
