Tampa Electric to sponsor networking meeting for minority business owners and suppliers

Tampa Electric will sponsor a networking opportunity for minority business owners and suppliers on Wednesday, January 16, 10:00 a.m.to12:30 p.m. at the Tampa Electric Skills Training Center, 8030 Palm River Road, Tampa.
Potential vendors and suppliers will have an opportunity to meet procurement personnel from Tampa Electric, Peoples Gas and other Tampa Bay companies.
The networking opportunity is hosted by TECO and is the first meeting of the 2002 National Minority Supplier Development Council of Florida (NMSDC) West Coast Chapter. Attendees will also be able to attend a new member orientation session lead by Malik Ali, executive director of the NMSDC of Florida and meet the officers of the NMSDC of Florida West Coast Chapter.
