Once on the program, Tampa Electric customers have access to a secure online portal allowing them to program thermostat settings and select appliances while at home or away. By making simple adjustments to when they use electricity, customers can take advantage of lower rates and maximize savings. The innovative Energy Planner program puts customers in control.
