Match your due date to your income schedule

Due Date Plus is a free program helps Tampa Electric customers on a fixed income schedule to align their electric bill due date with Social Security, disability, retirement or other income payments. Customers who qualify and are enrolled in Due Date Plus will have 52 days from the statement date to pay their bill.

Please note that customers will become ineligible and will be automatically removed from the program when we produce two service disconnection orders within a 12-month period for non-payment.
