Tampa Electric offers various convenient ways to pay your bill through our third-party vendor, KUBRA EZ-PAY®.
The following convenience fees from KUBRA EZ-PAY are charged for using this service:
- Residential convenience fee: $2.75 (per $1,000 transaction)
You can pay:
- Online with a Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
- To use Apple Pay, you must be logged in with an Apple device.
- By phone at 866-689-6469.
TECO does not receive any part of the non-refundable KUBRA EZ-PAY convenience fee.
To avoid this convenience fee, log into your online account to make a payment from your bank account. If you do not have an online account, register for one now. You'll need your Tampa Electric account number from your monthly statement and your zip code.
